As a reader, you follow a story in a Journey: a group of readers going through an author's project together, one activity at a time.
1. Find a journey
Open Explore to see the journeys that are open to new readers, or look at New Journeys to Explore on your Home page. Each one shows the project it's about, its genres and audience, and how often new content is expected. See Finding Projects.
2. Ask to join
On a journey or project page, choose Join Journey. Your request goes to the journey's guide, and the journey shows under Pending on your Home page until they approve it. See Joining a Journey.
3. Take part as the story arrives
Once you're in, the guide publishes activities over time: readings, surveys, discussions and instructions. You get a notification when new ones are ready. Do them at your own pace. See Participating in Activities.
4. Reach the end
When the guide wraps up the story, the journey ends with The End. Choose Finish Journey to see how far you've come, and the journey moves to Past Journeys in your library.
